Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of Rudy Project products.

Coordinate and monitor deliveries to retail branches, events, partner stores, and online customers.

Ensure proper handling of sensitive items such as performance eyewear, helmets, apparel, and accessories to avoid damage.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with company standards.

Oversee inventory accuracy by implementing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.

Ensure all inbound and outbound products are accurately documented in the warehouse management system.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure high productivity and adherence to SOPs.

Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to meet operational goals.

Enforce compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Report any safety hazards, incidents, or damaged products immediately.

Ensure compliance with local labor and occupational safety regulations.
