About the Job

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management - Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Rudy Project products. Coordinate and monitor deliveries to retail branches, events, partner stores, and online customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Oversee the proper handling of sensitive items such as performance eyewear, helmets, apparel, and accessories to prevent damage, while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
• Inventory Control - Oversee inventory accuracy by implementing regular cycle counts and reconciliations, ensuring all inbound and outbound products are properly recorded in the warehouse management system. Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain reliable stock levels and operational efficiency.
• Staff Supervision & Training - Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to drive high productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Assign tasks strategically and monitor staff performance to meet operational goals, while enforcing compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.Report any safety hazards, incidents, or damaged products immediately.Ensure compliance with local labor and occupational safety regulations.
