Shipping policy

SELLER'S PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Cash on Delivery
    • Credit or Debit Card via PayMongo
    • GCash via PayMongo

For cash on delivery orders of P15,000 and above, please expect a message or a call from our customer support, who will assist you in switching the payment method to bank transfer so you can continue with the purchase.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fee is free of charge until further notice. Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY 

Once you place an order, you will get notified via email. After dispatch, it will be transferred to our partner courier and will be delivered within the below timeframes.

Metro Manila: 3 to 5 days.
Luzon: 5 to 7 days
Visayas and Mindanao: 7 to 15 days

Our partner courier will contact you via text message once the item is out for delivery. Kindly expect some delays during sale events, special holidays, and/or inclement weather.
