Rules & Terms

Before joining, please read the guidelines below to make sure your team’s entry is valid.

Who Can Join

The Rudy Project Team Challenge is open to teams, clubs, fitness groups, school teams, sports communities, and athletic organizations in the Philippines.

Teams may join under one of these categories:

Rising / Community Team
For community groups, beginner teams, school clubs, and growing sports communities.

Competitive / Performance Team
For teams that regularly train, compete, or join races, tournaments, and sports events.

Elite / National Team
For high-level teams, national-level athletes, elite clubs, or teams with major competitive experience.

Rudy Project Philippines may review your selected category and reclassify your team if needed.

How to Join

1. Register your team

Your team captain or representative must register through the official Rudy Project Team Challenge page.

During registration, your team may need to provide:

  • Team name
  • Sport or category
  • Team location
  • Team size
  • Contact person details
  • Social media links
  • Shirt sizes
  • Payment details
  • Other required information

Each participating member must pay a ₱500 registration fee, which already includes one official Rudy Project Team Challenger shirt.

Once your registration and payment are verified, your team will receive a Team Registration ID.

Keep this ID because you’ll need it when submitting your video entry.

Official Shirt Requirement

All team members who appear in the video must wear the official Rudy Project Team Challenger shirt.

This shirt serves as proof that your team is officially part of the campaign.

Entries without the official shirt may not be accepted for voting or judging.

Video Entry Guidelines

Once your team receives your shirts, create a video that tells your team’s story.

Your video can show:

  • Your sport
  • Your training
  • Your team journey
  • Your passion
  • Your team culture
  • Your community
  • Why your team deserves to represent Rudy Project

Your video doesn’t have to be overly produced. What matters most is that your story is clear, authentic, and aligned with the Rudy Project spirit.

Post your video on your team’s official social media account.

Accepted platforms include:

Facebook

Rudy Project Philippines may also announce additional hashtags, so make sure to follow the official campaign updates.

How to Submit Your Entry

After posting your video, go back to the Rudy Project Team Challenge page and submit your entry through the official submission form.

You will need to enter:

Your Team Registration ID
The link to your posted video entry

Teams may submit more than one video entry, but each video must be posted online and submitted separately through the official form.

What Makes an Entry Valid

To qualify, your entry must:

Be submitted by a registered and verified team
Feature team members wearing the official Rudy Project Team Challenger shirt
Be posted on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
Tag @rudyprojectph
Use the official campaign hashtag
Be accessible for viewing during the review, voting, and judging period
Follow the campaign rules and platform guidelines

Private, deleted, broken, or inaccessible links may not be considered.

Entries That May Be Disqualified

Your entry may be rejected or disqualified if it:

Contains false or incomplete information
Uses fake registration details
Does not follow the shirt, tagging, hashtag, or submission requirements
Contains offensive, harmful, inappropriate, or unlawful content
Uses copied, plagiarized, or unauthorized content
Uses copyrighted music, photos, videos, logos, or materials without permission
Shows signs of vote manipulation, bots, scripts, purchased votes, or suspicious activity
Is deleted, private, or inaccessible during the campaign period
Goes against Rudy Project Philippines’ brand values or campaign guidelines

Community Voting

Valid entries may be featured on the official Rudy Project Team Challenge voting page.

Community voting will count as 40% of the final score.

Rudy Project Philippines may monitor votes to check for suspicious activity, including duplicate voting, bots, scripts, vote buying, or unusual vote spikes.

Votes found to be fake, manipulated, automated, purchased, duplicated, or suspicious may be removed.

Judging

The judging panel score will count as 60% of the final score.

Entries will be judged based on:

Originality and Creativity – 25%
How fresh, memorable, and creative your video concept is.

Brand Alignment – 25%
How well your entry reflects Rudy Project’s performance, sports, and team values.

Production Quality and Clarity – 20%
How clear, watchable, and well-presented your video is.

Team Story and Community Influence – 20%
How well your team shares its story and represents its sport, group, or community.

Compliance with Requirements – 10%
How well your team followed the shirt, tagging, hashtag, submission, and campaign rules.

The final score will be computed as:

Final Score = 60% Judging Score + 40% Community Vote Score

This is based on the score sheet reference where judging is 60% and community voting is 40%.

Winner Selection

The top 5 teams from each category will move on to the community voting round. Teams will be ranked based on their final score within their verified category.

The highest-ranking eligible teams will be selected as Official Rudy Project Teams, subject to final validation.

Before winners are announced, Rudy Project Philippines may verify the team’s identity, registration details, submitted proof, shirt compliance, video entry, and overall eligibility.

In case of a tie:

The team with the higher judging score will win.
If still tied, the team with the higher Brand Alignment score will win.
If still tied, Rudy Project Philippines management and judges will make the final decision based on the campaign objectives.

Prize

Winning teams will receive a Rudy Project Custom Team Sponsorship Package.

The package may include Rudy Project gear, apparel, eyewear, accessories, and/or other brand-selected products for the winning team.

Final inclusions, sizes, quantities, colors, customization details, and production timeline will depend on Rudy Project Philippines’ approval, available inventory, supplier capacity, and verified team needs.

The prize is:

Non-transferable
Non-convertible to cash
Not exchangeable for other products or services, unless approved by Rudy Project Philippines

Winner Announcement & Claiming

Winners will be contacted through the details submitted during registration, such as email, phone, SMS, or direct message.

The team captain or representative may be asked to submit:

  • Valid ID
  • Team Registration ID
  • Proof of eligibility
  • Other validation documents

Winners must respond within the given period. Failure to respond or complete validation may result in forfeiture, and Rudy Project Philippines may choose the next eligible team.

Official winners will be announced through Rudy Project Philippines’ official website and/or social media pages.

Data & Privacy

By joining, your team agrees that Rudy Project Philippines may collect and review the information submitted for the campaign, including registration details, payment confirmation, shirt sizes, proof documents, video entry links, voting records, and validation materials.

These will only be used for campaign implementation, verification, winner validation, prize turnover, documentation, and DTI-related requirements.

Access to these records will be limited to authorized Rudy Project Philippines personnel and campaign administrators.

Final Reminders

Rudy Project Philippines has the right to review, approve, reject, remove, or disqualify any team, entry, vote, or submission that does not follow the official rules.

Rudy Project Philippines also has the final decision on team verification, category classification, entry approval, vote validation, judging, tie-breakers, winner selection, and prize awarding.

Any major changes to the campaign mechanics, schedule, or prize details will be announced through Rudy Project Philippines’ official channels.

By registering and submitting an entry, your team confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Rudy Project Team Challenge rules and terms.
